Dale W. Sessions: 

Dale is admitted to the Courts of the State of Utah, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Education: 

Juris Doctor conferred by the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah; M.M., cum laude, Brigham Young University; B.S., cum laude, Weber State College.

Activities: 

Dale previously served as an Administrative Law judge for the State of Utah.  He enjoyed many years teaching at Southern Utah University as an adjunct professor in the Business Law and Paralegal programs.  He is a past president of the Southern Utah Bar Association and served for many years on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education board of directors for the Utah Bar Association under the direction of the Utah Supreme Court. He is currently a member of the Sutherland Inn Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Awards: 

Dale received the Outstanding Lawyer of the Year award in Garfield County and is the recipient of 9 Special Merit Awards from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service.
